The Hobby Butterfly Effect - A quick update

Regular readers of this blog may have noticed that I have not been regularly updating this blog for the past while. The main reason for this is that I have been very limited in my gaming activities for the past while, and this is not likely to change much for the next while. As a result, I will not have much in the way of content, in fact all I may be posting for a bit may just be the "What I Painted Last Month" articles. Rest assured that I do intend to return to playing in the future and will keep the blog alive for when I do get back to things. I will still be working on the Wargaming Ireland podcast, which can be found here.

The SAGA returns

SAGA is one of those games I really enjoy but don't get to play very often, so it's a nice change of pace to my gaming every now and again when I do get a chance to play. I've been offered the chance to play in a mini-campaign (two games) by Owen Conlan who has taken the time to find a historical setting and background and written up some short campaign rules.

Troll Slayer 2014 Part 1 - The Rulespack

Recently I ran a Warhammer tournament. I haven't run anything in a long time and wanted to get back to doing so. I contacted Ian Moody at The Hobby Shack to see if he would be interested in hosting, and he agreed. So now that I was committed, I needed to decide what sort of tournament I was going to run.

What I Painted Last Month - May 2014

It's not been a great month for me on the painting front. I've been a bit busy with some other things and my painting time has taken a bit of a hit, and I've been a bit lazy on the blogging front too. I have a load of stuff to write about, hope to get some of it up over the next while.
